We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager to reinforce our team. In this role, you will create and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales internationally by researching global trends and analyzing market data. Your focus will also be on upstream strategies to ensure the future growth of the group. You will be responsible for global product and budget planning and follow up. 


This is a permanent full-time job that can be based in our office in Belgium or in Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: develop and implement integrated global marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve international business goals
  • Market Research: conduct in-depth market research to understand global, regional, and local trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
  • Campaign Execution: oversee the creation and localization of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness for the different international audiences.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: manage the Digital Marketing Team and mentor regional marketing teams, collaborate with internal departments, and maintain relationships with KOLs/international partners/distributors.
  • Budget Management: develop and manage the global marketing budget for various initiatives and campaigns across different regions.
  • Performance Analysis: track and analyze global marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, inform strategy adjustments, and report on results to senior management.
  • Product Launch Support: support/guide the global product development process and develop international launch plans for new products and services.
  • Business travel across our affiliates is an important part of the role (40%), with time at internal meetings, congresses, presence in the field etc. inc. overnight stays

Your qualifications & experience:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing
  • At least 5/7 years working experience as global marketing manager within the medical device/pharmaceutical or related industry with minimum 2 years in the wound care market
  • Successful prior experience as a team leader in an international environment
  • Proven track record of success in implementing new projects and executing consumer, channel specific campaigns and promotions
  • Good data management and analytical skills with mastery of marketing tools and softwares
  • Be customer centric (Patient/HCP/Payer): exploring the customer needs, using insight to create strong marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team and act as a real team player in the local marketing teams
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Cost control skills and good understanding of budgets in the context of business strategy and commercial targets
  • Fluency, both written and spoken, in English, other languages as Dutch, French or German are an asset
